Browse listings and filter by budget, move-in date, or neighborhood. You do not need an account to look around.

Introduce yourself

Make a profile with any email, save your favorites, and send interest when a place fits. A UM email is an optional profile signal.

Match and chat

The lister sees your profile and accepts. Chat opens, the exact address unlocks, and you set up a tour. Until then the address stays a rough circle on the map.

Before a new listing can go live, a reviewer checks the relevant lease, authorization, deed, or management agreement. Exact addresses stay private until both sides agree to connect.

Have a place to share?

Choose whether you are a tenant or manage the property. Add the details and five photos, then send the relevant authorization documents for review. Your listing stays off the public page until it is approved.
