Email hello@crashmia.com. A person reads every message, usually within two days. Tell us the email you signed in with and, if it is about a listing, paste its link.

Report a listing or a person

Every listing page has a Report link, and so does every profile and chat. A report goes straight to a person at Crash. In a chat you can attach the one message that caused it, so you do not have to retype it. The person you report is not told who reported them.

Something urgent, like a threat or someone asking for money for a place that is not theirs? Report it and also email us. If you are in danger, call 911.

Block someone

Open the chat or their profile and choose Block. It works straight away: they can no longer message you, and while they are signed in they stop seeing your listings and cards. They are not told. To undo it, open the chat or their profile again.

Before you send money

  • See it before you pay

    Stand inside the place, or get a live video call from inside it. That one step catches almost everything.

  • Pay in a way you can undo

    Money sent by wire, gift card or crypto is gone the second you send it. No bank can pull it back.

  • Crash never holds your money

    Rent and deposits are between you and the lister. Nobody from Crash will ever message you asking for a payment.

  • Being rushed is the tell

    A real place is still there tomorrow. Pressure to decide tonight is the most reliable warning sign there is.

Your listing

Edit it, change the date you need it filled by, mark it taken, or put it back up from My listings. A listing comes down by itself at the end of its date, and we email you two days before.

Someone listed a place you own or manage, or used your photos? Email us with the link and how you are connected to the property, and we take it down while we look into it.

Delete your account

In the app or on the website, open Profile and choose Delete account. It is immediate and permanent. What gets deleted.
