Delete your Crash account

The fastest way is on the website or in the app: sign in, open Profile → Delete account. It takes effect immediately and permanently removes your profile, listings, listing and Roomies photos, shared documents, videos, saves, swipes, matches, and chats.

Can't sign in any more? Email hello@crashmia.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete the account for you within 30 days.

What's deleted: everything tied to your account (profile, email, listings and their photos and videos, Roomies photos, shared documents, saves, swipes, matches, and messages). What's kept: reports you filed or that were filed about content, kept for moderation history, with your identity detached.
